confident that you are leaving your child with people who have appropriate qualifications and experience, and who will be able to make your child feel secure and happy. All our staff are carefully selected and are continuously assessed, with regular opportunities for training and development. (OFSTED 2007) Nursery Practitioners:- hold a Level 2/3 Early Years Qualification
- organise interesting and challenging activities and interact closely with the children
Room Co-ordinators: as above and...- hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- have at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
- take responsibility for the day-to-day safety, security and well-being of the children in their room.
- create a stimulating and attractive environment.
- oversee the record keeping and planning of activities.
The Nursery Manager:- holds a Level 4 Early Years Qualification.
- has at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
- is responsible for monitoring standards and overseeing the planning of children's activities as well as all other aspects of the day-to-day management of the Nursery.
- has overall responsibility for the well-being and safety of your child.
- is available to answer questions or concerns about any aspect of the Nursery.
Nursery Assistants:- have attended basic childcare training courses.
- are employed for their caring nature, enthusiasm and interaction skills.
- are supervised by qualified staff.
